The chair is anchored to the floor, with a separate occupant belt for you.

Appointments, discharge and dialysis runs, booked as a recurring trip if you need.
Airport transfers
Accessible vehicles to and from Sydney Airport, with assistance to the terminal.
Available 24/7
Including early appointments and after hours discharge.
Our wheelchair accessible vehicles load from the rear on a fold out ramp. You are wheeled in facing forward and positioned in the designated space. There is no transfer into a car seat and no lifting, which is the part most people are asking about when they call.
Once positioned, the chair is secured with a four point restraint anchored to floor tracks, and you are fitted with a separate lap and sash belt. The two systems do different jobs: one holds the chair, the other holds you. A driver who is not willing to fit both is not a driver we send.
There is seating alongside the wheelchair position for a carer or support worker, rather than a seat behind where you cannot see or reach each other. If you travel with a support animal, mention it at booking so the driver knows before arrival.
We work with NDIS participants and Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme cardholders. If you are using TTSS, have your card ready at the end of the trip.
Coverage
Wheelchair accessible vehicles operate across the Sydney metropolitan area, 24 hours a day. Accessible vehicles are a smaller part of any fleet, so booking ahead makes a real difference to availability, particularly for morning appointment times.

Pricing
Trips run on the NSW regulated taxi fare structure. Tolls and the passenger service levy are itemised separately on the meter and on your receipt.
If you hold a Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme card, present it at the end of the trip and the subsidy is applied to the metered fare in the usual way.
There is no additional charge for loading, securing the chair, or for a carer travelling with you. For NDIS participants, we can provide itemised invoices for claiming.
