Both Sydney terminals
Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and White Bay at Rozelle.
Cruise sized luggage
Two large cases per person is normal on a cruise. We allocate for that, not for hand luggage.
Booked to your window
Embarkation runs in timed waves. We work backwards from your window, with a traffic buffer.
The whole party together
Up to 11 passengers in one vehicle, so nobody arrives at the terminal alone.
Return leg pre booked
Disembarkation morning is the worst time to be looking for a large vehicle. Book both legs at once.
Airport to ship, ship to airport
Direct transfers between Sydney Airport and either terminal on the same booking.
Cruise luggage is not airport luggage. Passengers routinely travel with a large checked case each plus a carry on, and on longer itineraries it is two large cases each. A group of six can easily be moving twelve pieces. That does not fit into two sedans, and finding out at the kerb on sailing day is not the moment to discover it.
The two terminals also behave very differently. The Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay sits in a busy pedestrian area with tight vehicle access and heavy congestion on turnaround days. White Bay at Rozelle has no train station and limited public transport, so almost everyone arrives by road, which concentrates the traffic into a narrow window around embarkation.
We book cruise work backwards from your embarkation time with a buffer built in, confirm the drop point with the driver before the day, and allocate a vehicle sized to the case count rather than the head count. On disembarkation, we pre book the return so you are not standing outside White Bay at seven in the morning with eight people and twelve bags trying to find something big enough.
Coverage
We run cruise transfers to and from both Sydney terminals, from anywhere in the metropolitan area and from Sydney Airport. Pickups from CBD hotels, the eastern suburbs, the inner west and the north shore are the most common, but we cover the full metro area with advance notice.

Pricing
Cruise transfers are almost always pre booked, so we can confirm a fixed quote before the day. That price holds regardless of the congestion around the terminal, which on a turnaround day is the variable that actually matters.
The quote covers the vehicle for the whole party, so it splits cleanly across the group rather than arriving as separate metered fares from separate cars.
Booking both legs at once, out and back, is the cheaper and safer option. Disembarkation mornings put every cruise passenger on the kerb inside the same two hour window, and large vehicles go first.
